The HRM-5 is iXora’s next-generation single-phase immersion cooling system, built for the power densities of modern computing. With up to 100 kW per rack and 10 kW per cassette, it handles the heat loads that air cooling can’t, making it ideal for AI, high performance computing (HPC), and other GPU-accelerated workloads.
Standard 1U and 2U rack-mounted servers are fully submerged in a non-conductive dielectric fluid that absorbs heat directly at the source. Operation is quieter, cleaner, and more efficient, with far less reliance on air conditioning. And because the heat is captured in liquid rather than lost to the air, it can be put to work heating your building.
The HRM-5 is built for retrofit. With a standard 1200 x 800 mm rack footprint, it fits into existing server rooms and scales from a single rack to installations in the megawatt range. That brings high-density computing to enterprises, edge sites and demanding environments such as marine and offshore.
Up to 100 kW per rack. Built for AI and HPC. Reuse the heat.

Our innovative design eliminates the need for an external Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU). Each cassette is equipped with its own heat exchanger, creating an extremely compact solution that seamlessly integrates into today’s data centers. We’ve worked smart to simplify the complexity of the HRM, resulting in a solution that is ideal for retrofitting your data center. The HRM delivers sustainability and future-proofing in one elegant package.
Each server is safely enclosed in its own dielectric liquid housing. The cassettes are portable, easy to install, and highly adaptable, perfect for any IT setup.
Often people ask why this concept doesn’t exist yet. Our story will probably enlighten that: We think it is because we came to this design while working on a high-performance cooling solution that needed to be rugged and mobile.
For the pro-audio market, the demands are different; off-road use, roadies building stages and moving equipment; quite different from a quiet, stable configuration in a controlled environment such as a datacenter. We NEEDED closed and portable cassettes for our electronics.
