iXora Appoints HC&G as Exclusive Distributor for South Korea

Partnership brings iXora’s immersion cooling technology to the South Korean market, addressing the region’s growing demand for high-density compute.

iXora B.V., a Netherlands-based deep-tech company specializing in immersion cooling solutions for data centers, today announced that it has appointed HC&G as its exclusive distributor for South Korea. The agreement marks a significant step in iXora’s international expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in one of Asia’s most dynamic data center markets. Under Korea’s national AI infrastructure roadmap, planned data center capacity is expected to reach approximately 15 GW by 2035, making the country one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the world.

iXora develops immersion cooling systems designed to meet the rapidly increasing demands of modern computing infrastructure. As AI workloads, high-performance computing, and data-intensive applications continue to drive the need for greater compute capacity and higher processing power, traditional air-cooling methods are increasingly falling short. iXora’s technology offers data center operators an efficient, sustainable way to cool next-generation, high-density server environments, positioning the company as a strong fit for today’s compute-hungry world. With this exclusive partnership, iXora gains a trusted, established route into the South Korean market through a partner with deep local expertise.

HC&G brings valuable experience and market knowledge to the partnership, giving iXora a strong and capable partner for entering South Korea. Ahead of the agreement, HC&G’s team completed dedicated training at iXora’s headquarters in the Netherlands, ensuring they are fully equipped to support and represent iXora’s products locally. For HC&G, the partnership represents an opportunity to expand its product portfolio with advanced immersion cooling solutions, allowing it to offer customers a compelling answer to the region’s growing need for greater compute capacity and processing power.

“This partnership is a huge step forward for iXora in securing our position in the Asian market. South Korea is a key gateway to the wider Asian region, and the expertise of HC&G is important for the success of iXora in the region. Their strong local network, engineering discipline and commitment to our technology make them the ideal partner to bring our immersion cooling solutions to Korean data center operators,” said Vincent Beek, CEO, iXora.

“The next generation of AI infrastructure is converging on liquid cooling, and Korea is one of the markets moving fastest toward that transition. Through our exclusive partnership with iXora, we are equipping our customers to make that shift with a proven, deployable solution without the complexity of traditional liquid cooling retrofits,” said Kevin Oh, CEO, HC&G.

Both companies expect the partnership to accelerate the adoption of immersion cooling technology across South Korea’s data center sector, supporting operators as they scale infrastructure to meet rising computing demands.
